Love & Enrich Couples Retreats
Our next Love & Enrich couples retreat is November 15 and 16, 2019 at The Wallhouse Hotel in Walnut Creek, Ohio.
Ready to grow deeper in your relationship with your partner? Join Dr. Kristy Koser, LPCC on Friday, November 15 from 7-9:30pm and Saturday, November 16 from 9-3pm for a couples enrichment retreat in Walnut Creek, Ohio! Come prepared to learn more about yourself, how that translates in your relationship, practice speaking differently with your partner and get hands-on professional guidance from a couples therapist with over 10 years experience. There will also be plenty of other unique opportunities designed to foster a deeper more enriching connection.
Rooms are available at a reduced rate at The Wallhouse Hotel for $149/night if you should decide to spend the night. Please call The Wallhouse Hotel to reserve your room indicating you are part of the "Aporia Counseling" room block.
The cost of the retreat is $300 per couple, including over 8 hours of education, a folder of information that goes home with you and new learning opportunities offering concrete tools for your relationship.

Dr. Koser earned her BS in psychology and MA in Counseling from Eastern Mennonite University. She holds a PhD in Counseling and Supervision from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Dr. Koser is a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist and Supervisor who specializes in couples therapy and working with individuals who are looking for opportunities for self growth from an attachment perspective. She also provide one day relationship enrichment weekends for
couples, providing a safe place for couples to "jump start" the stuck places in their relationship. Dr. Koser has been invited around the country to lead her one-of-a-kind Love & Enrich Couples Retreats, helping couples learn new ways to find deeper connection in destination locations around the globe.
Dr. Koser has presented on EFT at numerous professional conferences around the world and has been an avid consultant to other therapists wanting to know more about incorporating EFT into their practice. She has substantial experience in the creation of and facilitation of psychoeducation weekends based on the book Hold Me Tight, helping to establish the facilitators guide with Dr. Sue Johnson in 2009. She is affiliated with the Washington/Baltimore Center for EFT, the International Center for Excellence in EFT in Ottawa, Canada, and offers EFT supervision in person and via Zoom, a HIPAA compliant teleconferencing platform.
Dr. Koser also specializes in fertility counseling, helping couples navigate complex decisions while maintaining their relationship after a diagnosis of infertility and during fertility treatment. She is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and has completed post graduate training in fertility counseling. Dr. Koser is actively researching and writing about couple satisfaction during the various phases of medical treatment. She currently offers all required clinical interviews and personality assessments for those considering third party reproduction or gamete donation.
Dr. Koser is an LPC in Virginia and a LPCC in Ohio and Kentucky offers therapy and training in those states.
